4. Payment Terms
   Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of registration. All payments must be made through accepted payment methods and are non-refundable after the end of the trial period, if applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy
   You may cancel your membership by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
   If you have a trial membership, you may cancel during the trial period without incurring further fees.

6. User Conduct
   You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe any individual or legal right. Harassment, threatening behavior, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Be Live Fitness does not accept responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the usage of our services, unless caused by gross negligence on our part. Please consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

8. Modifications
   We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
   These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Be Live Fitness operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
